Too many tabs open...

Feeling stretched too thin? Skimming the surface of everything but never fully finishing anything? You’re not alone. Here’s how to ease the overwhelm:

✨ Stop chasing the ‘super parent’ ideal – You don’t need to juggle it all. Even those who look like they’ve got it together struggle too. Prioritise what matters and let the rest go.

✨ Tame technology’s urgency – Instant responses and fast-paced demands create pressure. Things take time—especially for small children. Show them patience in action so they learn it too.

✨ Know your mindset – Do you work better tackling one task or switching between many? Shift your focus to what did get done, not what didn’t. Celebrate the progress.

✨ Recognise your worth – What must you do vs what could be delegated? You’re not expected to do it all—it’s time to ask for help.

✨ Prioritise rest – Overwhelm is a sign you need to pause. Schedule downtime, breathe, and recharge. You can’t pour from an empty cup.

Just because Mental Health Awareness Month has ended it doesn't mean you shouldn't continue to be mindful to slow down, pin the tabs in your mind, and take control. What’s one thing you’ll ease up on today? 💜
