Done, not perfect

In today's world, it's easy to get hung up on making everything picture-perfect. We're constantly bombarded with images of ideal homes, the latest trends, and the most stylish looks. It's natural to want to aim for those standards, but this can often lead to a feeling of paralysis. You might find yourself unsure of where to start or even how to begin.
It's important to remember that done is better than perfect. Consistency is key. Showing up for yourself, no matter the level, is far better than not showing up at all. Each small effort, each check-in, adds to your progress, no matter what you're trying to achieve.
At this point in the year, people often start to feel demotivated by their new year goals but don’t give up. Let go of the need for perfection or the expectations on how much you ‘should’ have done by now. Continue to show up. Embrace the power of consistent effort, creating small changes and habits to support where you are trying to get to. Celebrate the small wins and recognise that every step forward, no matter how small, is a step towards change. Keep showing up, and you'll be amazed at the progress you make over time. 💜
